Where do you ship your products from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location so we do not guarantee shipping times.
How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, although during high demand peaks, items may ship within 5-8 business days.

Our headquarters is located in Canada while our warehouses are stationed across the United States, Europe, and China.

How does the Refund process work?
