Q: “I can’t find the email confirmation with my download!”
A: In most cases your download should be in your primary inbox or in junk/spam. Please check here to make sure you have it.
Q: Still can't find your download email?
A: Customers frequently misspell their email address by accident at checkout which means their download is sent to the wrong email. If this is the case for you and you haven’t received your PDF or audio file yet, and you've also checked spam, send us an email.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form below if you have not received your purchase yet and we will sort this out for you within 3-5 working days. Please be patient waiting for a response as we get a lot of emails and enquiries daily!
Q: "I've already purchased but I no longer want my order so I'd like a refund."
A: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of all products on our site we cannot refund customers for any circumstance. This refund policy applies to all payment parties including out of website sales or/and third party payment. Under no circumstances can payments be withdrawn and by making checking out on this website you agree to our terms. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site and ensuring you've purchased the product / service you intended to. However, if you are unhappy with your product we can offer you a complimentary product from our site as an exchange.
